Luxor HD ~ Hot Air Dryers


Dryer on Test - 50% energy saving

One of our customers recently tested our HD30 model using a digital kilowatt meter and found that over a 3 day period it consumed exactly half of the electricity of a 'competitors' uninsulated hot air dryer. 

Which means that if you run a 24/7 production facilty then our HD60 model could save you up to £1,200 per annum depending on your electricity costs.

Summary

Motan Luxor hot air dryers can be mounted directly on the throat of the processing machine or be supplied with a frame for a more mobile solution.

All models have accurate and fast temperature control and are equipped with a safety overheat thermostat to prevent overheating of materials.

The hinged lid on each drying bin gives easy access and has a flange for fitting a Motan hopper loader for automatic material conveying.

The use of corrosion resistant materials such as aluminium and stainless steel, ensures a long lifetime and avoids contamination of the plastic granules.
