The REG descaling unit is a very simple product but one of the most effective that Regloplas offer.  Once connected to a lime scale encrusted circuit it simply pumps around the REM93 descaling agent solution and cleans the circuit perfectly.  

The unit itself includes a heating element which considerably shortens the cleaning time required to a minimum.  

There is no need to disassemble the circuit which requires cleaning, simply connect the pipes to the encrusted circuit and walk away.  

Normally seals present no problems, but as a precaution we recommend to remove seals, and solenoid diapragms or test them first.    

The result is a clean circuit which, in the case of injection moulding will return the mould to its optimum cycle times.  

Alternatively stop lime scale before it starts using Regloplas patented 'SK' cooling technology. 

• 1mm thick lime scale  = 10% reduction in heat exchange
