Patented "ETA" process and cooling of desiccant beds with dry air in a closed loop. Together these produce energy savings of up to 50% over conventionally designed driers.
Patented temperature controlled regeneration means that you know that the desiccant beds are fully regenerated and moisture free, and that you are not regenerating for too long, therefore wasting energy.
Individual heaters on each drying bin giving complete flexibility.
Patented "Drying Organiser" system drops the temperature when throughput drops off, thereby protecting the material from thermal degradation (while maintaining dehumidified airflow through the drying bins). Also alarms if the drying time is too short. Saves energy automatically when machines are not running by automatically dropping the temperature to a holding temperature.
Suction boxes with integrated purging allow very small quantities of raw material to be conveyed with each conveying cycle.
